| The service is absolutely great at the shop, everyone is personable, they know your name, they offer drives to and from work. when the car is finished they bring it to me which is a bonus because often I am rushing out at the end of the day to get my kids and not having the extra stop is greatly appreciated. I haven't had a problem with the repairs done to my car, alway excellent service |

| The mechanic took my car for a test drive to feel what I was talking about in regard to symptoms for my car. He also took the time to explain to me the work that needed to be performed. I was appreciative of the customer service I received and will gladly return in the future if I have any other car issues. |

| Review by Marilyn West Schofield: I have been taking my vehicles to Bird's Auto for years and am always happy with the service. I feel they are honest (rare in the auto repair world, in my opinion) and that is a very big deal. I've gone in with requests to check out strange sounds, etc, which for a place like canadian tire would be a blank cheque, but Bob has never taken advantage of this. He just tells me the truth and that I respect. |
